The rules

How to play

A drawing every 3 minutes. One holder takes the whole pool, paid in SPYx. There is nothing to enter and nothing to claim.

The short version

Three steps

  1. 01

    Hold PSTOCK

Every 500,000 PSTOCK in your wallet is one ticket. The count rounds down, so holding one and a half times that is still one ticket. There is nothing to buy, enter or claim.

  2. 02

    Wait for the close

A round closes every 3 minutes. Balances are read at the close, so what you hold at that moment is what counts. Selling before it closes takes you out of that round.

  3. 03

    One wallet takes the pool

A ticket is drawn from a seed committed before the round opened, and the whole pool is sent to that wallet in SPYx. If the pool is too small to send, the round rolls over and the next one is larger.

Tickets

The count always rounds down

Every whole 500,000 PSTOCK is one ticket. A part of a ticket is not a ticket, and splitting a balance across wallets cannot create one that holding it together would not.

Worked examples at the current ticket size of 500,000 PSTOCK.

The drawing

Where the numbers come from

Every round is decided by a seed that is fixed before the round opens and revealed after it closes.

Before a round opens we publish the hash of a secret. After it closes we publish the secret itself, a Solana blockhash from after that commitment, and a hash of the list of eligible wallets. Those four values hash together into the seed.

The seed picks a ticket, and the ticket picks a wallet. Entries are ordered by wallet address, so nobody can move up the list by trading. The five white numbers and the stock number come off the same seed, which means the published proof covers everything on the board, but no prize depends on them.

The prize

Creator fees, paid out as stock

The pool is the creator fee income the coin has earned since the last payout, swapped to SPYx.

SPYx is a tokenized stock issued by a third party that tracks a share of an S&P 500 index fund. We do not issue it, we cannot control it, and the issuer can freeze or seize tokens held by anyone. It is what the prize is denominated in, and that is the whole of the relationship.

Payouts are sent straight to the winning wallet. There is no claim step, no deadline and nothing to sign.

Rollovers

A round that pays nobody is a normal round

Expect this often, especially early. It is the pool growing, not the system failing.

  • The pool has not reached the minimum worth sending, so it carries into the next round and that round is larger.
  • No wallet held enough PSTOCK for a ticket, so there was nobody to draw.
  • The payout did not simulate cleanly, so nothing was sent rather than something being sent wrong.

Every rollover is on the results board with its reason attached. Nothing is quietly dropped.
