Check the draw yourself

Every round publishes the values it was decided by. This page recomputes them in front of you, using the same code the drawing ran on.

Commit first, reveal after

The order is the whole guarantee. A seed fixed before the entry list exists cannot be chosen to suit it.

  1. 01

    Commit

Before a round opens we publish the hash of a random secret. The hash fixes the secret without giving it away.

  2. 02

    Close

The round closes, balances are read, and the list of eligible wallets is hashed. That hash fixes who was in it.

  3. 03

    Mix

A Solana blockhash from after the commitment goes in, so the seed depends on a value nobody here produced.

  4. 04

    Reveal

The secret is published. Anyone can hash the four values together and get the same seed the draw used.

What these checks show, and what they do not

The two checks below are the ones the published values support on their own. Hashing the revealed secret has to reproduce the commitment, and hashing the four inputs together has to reproduce the seed. Passing both means the seed was fixed before the entry list was known and was not swapped afterwards.

What they do not show by themselves is which wallet that seed landed on. That step needs the full list of eligible wallets and balances, which is published here as a hash rather than in full. If you hold that list, the eligible hash is what ties it to the round.

A check that does not match is worth more to you than one that does. If you ever get one, the numbers on this page are the ones to post.

Checking round 2

The values below came from the address bar. Edit any of them and recompute.

The round these values belong to.

Hex, published before the round opened.

Hex, published after the draw.

The Solana blockhash mixed into the seed.

Hex, the hash of the entry list.

Hex, the value to reproduce.

Values are read from the address bar, so a filled in form can be copied and handed to somebody else to run.
